Terms and Conditions

1. Products purchased online through the website ship within 4-5 business days, and therefore, cancellations are permitted within 3 business days.

2. Shipping costs for orders not canceled within 3 business days are the responsibility of the customer.

3. The order cancellation and return period is 1 month. Products that have been crushed, broken, punctured, assembled or disassembled, or opened cannot be returned.

4. Our company is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect dimensions.

5. For project-based orders, the customer approves the project, and production is carried out according to the project.

6. Changes to approved projects may be subject to additional charges.

7. Contracts are mutually terminated; unilateral termination of the contract is not valid.

8. All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 3 year.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters (floods, storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, fires, lightning, etc.), user error, moving, or theft.
